I’m Rush Bhana, a Managing/Marketing Director with 12+ years of experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across the UAE, MENA, and global markets. I specialize in managing end-to-end brand, creative, and production work for world-class clients from pitch to media.

Throughout my career, I’ve delivered high-impact campaigns across destination marketing, tourism, hospitality, luxury, tech, and FMCG, working with brands such as NEOM/Trojena, Atlantis The Royal, Qatar Tourism, FIFA Foundation, FNB, Red Sea Global, and General Motors.

I’ve built my expertise across leading global agency networks such as Omnicom and Interpublic (IPG), leading cross-functional teams across brand strategy, events, sponsorship, media, design, social, digital, and content production.
